First the needle.
We noted in this morning’s "Behind Closed Doors" that John Gregg was needling Mike Pence about a visit with Donald Trump for advice. John refers to Trump’s casino failure, and we get this quote. "‘The business he failed at, people are walking in giving him money!’ Gregg said, laughing. ‘He loses money at a place where people give you money.’"
At least that money was given voluntarily. We had to wonder what John thinks about giving someone else’s money - taxpayer dollars - to someone who loses money at a business?
Some state funds are involved in the financial subsidies of our local business losers. Will John’s position on that be in next week’s Behind Closed Doors?"
Now the problem.
Last Wednesday my computer got hit with a very damaging virus which, among other things, hijacked my email address book. Some of my readers undoubtedly got an email from "Fred McCarthy" claiming that I was in Madrid, Spain, with a sick relative, and needing money to get home. No! No! No! Scam! Scam! Scam!
After about three hours on the phone, plus another two/three hours in the MSN remote control tech program on Friday, I am now assured that everything is OK - except for my email. That will be out of order for another week.
I contacted the local police and they say, since I’m not out any money (except to MSN!), I am not a victim of the fraud and they can do nothing. I will probably try to pursue the matter through MSN and the FCC. I sincerely hope none of my readers lost any money on this.

P.S. On the other hand, if some day my readers get a similar note saying I am in St. Andrews, Scotland, and need money for caddies and golf balls, I ask you, please, be as generous as possible!!!!
Anything Trump puts his name to will be a success, TV shows , Vodka you name it , its all about the brand even if he has failed before
