My name is Fred McCarthy. I am a 1948 graduate from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in Government (PoliSci) with minors in economics and psychology. I'm a retiree who represented various taxpayer and business organizations before local governmental bodies and the Indiana General Assembly for forty years, and was awarded a Sagamore of the Wabash by two governors.
